Domestic Shipping Policy
We ship Free via FedEx to the 48 contiguous United States for orders over $250. Expedited and Intercontinental shipping is available upon request. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO Address Shipping Fees
We ship via USPS Priority Mail to these areas. USPS Calculated Shipping rates will be used plus a $19.99 shipping fee will be added to Orders shipped to these areas.
Shipment Time & Delivery Information
Item Shipment Processing Time
Items are processed & shipped within 5-7 business days due to manufacturing time.
Items requiring customization are processed & shipped within 7-14 business days due to the framing process.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Boxed Memories is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Boxed Memories is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim if you received your order damaged. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
